Master Cheng wins 'Audience Favourite' at Mill Valley Film Festival

Mika Kaurismäki’s charming story of a professional chef from China who travels to a remote area of Lapland looking for a long lost friend is winner of the Audience Favourite in the World Cinema section at Mill Valley Film Festival.

Following on from winning the audience award in Luebeck Nordic Film Days, Master Cheng was released in Germany and was the number 1 arthouse movie for several weeks.

Master Cheng is set for distribution in a number of further territories in 2021 including UK and Japan.
